An investigation determined the victims were married and identified the suspected shooter as their 18-year-old son Jarrod Noll, according to police. Noll allegedly fled the incident on foot. Police described Noll as a white male who is around six feet tall with brown hair, thick eyebrows, a mustache and a standard build. They alleged that he could be carrying a weapon.
Police said Noll had been “taken into custody by the West Virginia State Police without incident” in a Dec. 27 post shared on X. Authorities will keep him in custody before he is extradited to Pennsylvania, CBS News reported. Prosecutors charged him with homicide and attempted homicide as a result of the alleged shooting.
Noll’s younger siblings were present home when he allegedly shot their parents at the home and are now in a relative’s care, according to officials. The alleged shooting took place outside the home. A spokesperson for the Pennsylvania State Police confirmed the incident and Noll’s arrest to the Daily Caller via email.
