Former President Donald Trump has released a plethora of videos discussing a variety of topics, including the “crime-ridden death trap” of Washington, D.C., and the multiple indictments he faces.
Trump discussed the immense amount of crime plaguing D.C. and how the “once beautiful capital” has now become incredibly dangerous. The former president vowed to address the capital’s rising crime and make it part of his election platform for the 2024 presidential election.

“Right now, it is probably the most unsafe capital city anywhere in the world,” Trump said. “With this in mind, there is no way I can get a fair trial in a Biden election interference indictment. This was a Biden indictment. Biden, my political opponent, indicted me because I challenged the election and other ridiculous reasons.”
Trump stated in another video that the United States’s Founding Fathers are looking down on Biden with “scorn” and “disbelief” over the multitude of indictments Trump faces going into the next presidential election. The indictments started in April and to date include charges for storing classified documents at Mar-a-Lago and his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.
Trump also accused the “election-rigging Biden administration” of never going after election riggers but instead going after those who wish to expose those allegedly rigging elections.
“We will never let 2020 happen again,” Trump said. “Look at the results. Our country is being destroyed. We’re going to make America great again, greater than ever before, but we have to do it now. 2024 is going to be the most important election in the history of our country.”

Trump is currently leading the Republican Party’s 2024 primary race, beating out his two biggest competitors in the Republican primary: Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley. Should Trump win the primary race, it would set the stage for a rematch between him and Biden in 2024.
Biden and Trump have been neck and neck throughout most of the polling data ahead of 2024, though Vice President Kamala Harris predicted that she and Biden will win reelection during a televised appearance on Sunday. When asked why polling data did not have Biden far ahead of Trump, she stated that she is “not a political pundit, so I’m not going to speak to that.”
