Trump Triggers the Left With Claims About His MRI (VIDEO)
President Trump triggered the left with claims about his MRI as he headed to Palm Beach, Florida, on Friday evening.
Last month revealed he underwent an MRI during his recent medical check up at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
“I did, I got an MRI, it was perfect,” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One last month.
Trump added, “We had an MRI and the machine, you know, the whole thing, and it was perfect.”
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt this week said the MRI was part of a routine physical.
“As stated in the memo provided on October 10, President Trump received advanced imaging at Walter Reed Medical Center as part of his routine physical examination,” Leavitt said during the White House press briefing this week.
“The full results were viewed by attending radiologists and consultants, and all agree that President Trump remains in exceptional physical health, which I know all of you will see with your own eyes this evening when he opens up his dinner to the press.”
On Friday, a reporter asked Trump about his MRI again.
“Mr. President, can you tell us why you needed to get an MRI. I understand that the results were good but what was it for?” a reporter asked Trump.
“Because it’s part of my physical. Getting an MRI is very standard. What? You don’t think I should have it? Other people get them,” Trump said.
Trump continued, “I had an MRI. The doctor said it’s the best result he’s ever seen as a doctor! That’s it!” Trump said.
The reporter asked Trump if they looked at his brain or his heart.
“The result was outstanding. I have no idea what they analyzed. But whatever they analyzed, they analyzed it well! And they said that I had as good a result as they’ve ever seen,” Trump said.
