Two Days In, New US Attorney Jeanine Pirro Along With Trump, Has Already Proven To Be A Hero To the J6ers

We have a new Hero in our midst, and she is our new US Attorney, Jeanine Pirro. US Attorney Pirro has come out swinging at the leftover Biden hacks who have continued to skirt the law and persecute their political enemies.

On January 20th, 2025, President Trump signed pardons for almost 1,600 Patriotic Americans who had been targeted by the corrupt Biden regime. Dan Wilson was one of those who received a pardon. However, Dan’s persecution did not stop after the pardon.

Wilson was ordered to self-surrender to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Beckley for charges he obtained during the raid on his home for January 6th. Activist Judge Dabney Friedrich, acting like a spoiled child, chose to make up her own way of reading the pardon and denied Wilson’s motion to have his case thrown out. At this time, the Justice Department was siding with Wilson and his counsel.

Wilson’s attorney, George Pallas, with the assistance of attorney Carolyn Stewart and American Rights Alliance’s Treniss Evans, got to work on the appeal. The Gateway Pundit reported on the answer of the Appellate Court on April 3rd.

Disappointment was the result for Wilson’s team when two of the three judges, clearly suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, came back agreeing with TDS sufferer herself, Judge Freidrich. At this point, a big surprise no one saw coming…came. The government decided they would change their opinion and enter a motion now opposing Wilson’s release.

Fast forward to today. Only a few days after she was sworn into office by President Trump, Jeanine Pirro gave us hope that we would have Dan Wilson home.

Here is the letter that was submitted to the court by our new US Attorney for DC-

When asked for a statement, George Pallas said,

The President, through his United States Attorney, has made it crystal clear that Dan Wilson was pardoned. Every minute he spends in prison is a travesty.” He continued, “Justice delayed is Justice denied. The government is telling the appeals court that they refuse to defend the indefensible.

Fellow J6er, Treniss Evans from American Rights Alliance and founder of Condemned USA had this to say about today’s letter to the court.

US Attorney Jeanine Pirro has proven in a short amount of time that the justice system in this country can and will be fair. The egregious prosecutions of all January 6th defendants were acknowledged by President Trump with our pardons, and she clearly sees that. Dan Wilson should be free. Elias Costianes should be free.

Dan Wilson’s case is significant in that there are other J6ers who have cases that could be overturned if the court rules against Wilson. Elias Costianes, Benjamin Martin, and Jeremy Brown are just a few of those J6ers. Brown and Martin were released from prison after their judges found that their charges were J6 related and covered by their pardon. Costianes, like Wilson, is still in prison fighting for his release.

Today was a good day for Dan Wilson, George Pallas and all those working on his case. It will be an even greater day when Dan is walking out the doors of FCI Beckley.
