The pair is speaking at New Hampshire Technical Institute, Concord’s Community College, on work the administration has done to cut healthcare costs. They are also expected to stump for Vice President Kamala Harris.
Harris has a steady lead in New Hampshire, according to Real Clear Politics’s polling average. She leads former President Donald Trump 51.3% to 43.5%.
