Biden intends to bring back manufacturing jobs to the United States by incentivizing the private sector to make domestic investments. The president has already seen success by signing into law the CHIPS and Science Act, the American Rescue Plan, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the Inflation Reduction Act.

This will be Biden’s first visit to the swing state since dropping out of the race.
