Washington, D.C., Ward 6 Councilman Charles Allen is holding a hearing on youth carjackings.

The panel is called “Understanding Juvenile Carjacking: A Panel Discussion Moderated by Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen.”

The hearing comes as Allen has come under heavy fire for his perceived soft-on-crime stance, with many calling for a recall.
