Federal Aviation Administration head Bryan Bedford is set to testify before a House appropriations subcommittee at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Bedford will discuss a $12.5 billion air traffic control overhaul, including reforms and new software programs, following a government watchdog’s report on funding shortfalls.
