Judge Scott McAffee is hearing arguments relating to former President Donald Trump‘s team, alleging that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis engaged in an improper relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Trump’s team alleges that Wade was appointed to be the special prosecutor for the case due to a romantic relationship with Willis that was kept secret from the public. The allegations threaten to derail one of the biggest legal cases against Trump.
