Jean-Pierre is expected to field questions about Florida’s new ballot measure that will allow voters to enshrine abortion access in the state constitution. President Joe Biden and Democratic leaders are expected to shift their attention toward the topic as it becomes a key issue for voters ahead of the election. Biden will also be visiting the Francis Scott Key Bridge on Friday.
