WATCH LIVE: President Trump Participates in One, Big, Beautiful Bill Event at the White House
President Trump is scheduled to participate in a One Big Beautiful Bill event at the White House this afternoon as Congressional Republicans work to send the legislation to Trump’s desk by their July 4 deadline.
The President recently reemphasized the importance of the bill to implement his agenda, saying, “Now that we have made PEACE abroad, we must finish the job here at home by passing ‘THE GREAT, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL,’ and getting the Bill to my desk, ASAP.”
“It will be a Historic Present for THE GREAT PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, as we begin the Celebration of our Country’s 250th Birthday,” he continued. “GET THE DEAL DONE THIS WEEK. Work with the House so they can pick it up, and pass it, IMMEDIATELY. NO ONE GOES ON VACATION UNTIL IT’S DONE.”

The event in the White House East Room today is intended to “rally Republicans to get the One Big Beautiiful Bill across the finish line,” said White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt earlier on Thursday.
Leavitt previewed the event during a press briefing earlier and told reporters that “he will be joined by everyday Americans from across the country, who will massively benefit from the common sense policies and provisions within this bill.”
She continued, “simply put, this bill is going to unlock the Golden Age of America.”

Leavitt signaled earlier that there will be a bill signing ceremony at the White House “next week!”
The event is scheduled to begin at 4 pm ET.
