White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is speaking to the press on Air Force One at 11 a.m. Eastern time as President Joe Biden travels to Italy for the G7 summit.

Biden national security adviser Jake Sullivan will join Jean-Pierre.

The G7 summit is a critical meeting of international leaders in its 50th iteration, with the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, and the European Union participating. Several other countries will send representatives to participate, such as Pope Francis from Vatican City and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
