WATCH LIVE: Riley Gaines testifies before House Oversight subcommittee

The House Oversight Committee subcommittee on Health Care and Financial Services is holding a hearing on “the Importance of Protecting Female Athletics and Title IX.”

Former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines is among the witnesses who will testify before the House subcommittee hearing which is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. EST.

Other witnesses slated to testify include Sarah Parshall Perry, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, Kim Russell, former head women’s lacrosse coach at Oberlin College, and Fatima Goss Graves, president and CEO of the National Women’s Law Center.
