Trump will speak while his running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), prepares to face Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) at the vice presidential debate Tuesday night.
Wisconsin is a swing state critical to Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. According to RealClearPolitics’s polling average, Harris leads by less than a point in the state, 49.1% to 48.3%.
