President Donald Trump is addressing the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision overturning most of the tariffs he used to carry out his economic agenda.

Trump is weighing in on the decision during a press briefing at 12:45 p.m., after initially slamming the court’s decision as “a disgrace.”

The International Emergency Economic Powers Act that Trump used to carry out his sweeping “Liberation Day” tariffs does not authorize the president to impose tariffs, the court majority ruled Friday morning.
