Former President Donald Trump is paying a visit to Valdosta, Georgia, following Hurricane Helene, which caused catastrophic damage to Georgia and neighboring states.
Trump is expected to be briefed by local officials about disaster relief. He is also expected to help distribute cleanup supplies and speak to the press while there.

President Joe Biden will visit some of the affected communities later this week “as soon as it will not disrupt emergency response operations,” according to the White House.
Vice President Kamala Harris canceled her campaign events to return to Washington and receive a briefing from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
