White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will be joined by National Security Council coordinator John Kirby for the daily press briefing one day after the Justice Department released a report on the investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents.

Special counsel Robert Hur’s report found no criminal charges are warranted but painted a scathing image of Biden’s memory and mental fitness. The Democratic president pushed back at the assessment, defending himself during a short press conference on Thursday.
