White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will hold a joint press briefing on Monday with National Security Council spokesman John Kirby and White House Gender Policy Council Director Jennifer Klein.
The briefing comes on the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the historic Supreme Court ruling that legalized abortion nationwide. The ruling was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2022, which sent the topic of abortion back to the states.
