Xi Jinping announced he will visit southeast Asian neighbors as Trump’s tariff war heats up at home.
Jinping is expected to discuss a high-speed rail project between China and Vietnam.
Xi Jinping is also expected to hold summits in Cambodia and Malaysia.

China did set limits on net share sales by hedge funds and large retail investors to protect their markets.
